And that is today’s workout that I’ll be sharing with you. You’ll be using a combination of weight-bearing exercises and dumbbell movements in this 18-minute strength training. The first one consists of resistance training for the whole body using your own weight. These are compound exercises that require multiple muscle groups and core isolation for stability. Then we’ll do a dumbbell routine that focuses on one to two muscles at a time. Combining these two we can build and transform your body in 5 weeks to a stronger, leaner, and more toned physique in no time!💪
