If you are looking for a challenge this week, try this 25-Minute Full Body HIIT Workout With Dumbbell. Let’s hit it up with a warm-up consisting of cardio exercises that encourage the use of multiple muscles moving at a faster rate. This will be followed by a dumbbell exercise that targets the upper body such as the shoulder, upper back, chest, triceps, and biceps. We’ll do the dumbbells routine in 3 sets. The last phase consists of dynamic mat exercises that will further strengthen the core and push the body to burn fat. These are also sculpting exercises that will help tone all the muscles of the body.

This workout is intense and requires proper form and technique to prevent injury. Ensure that you warm up before starting the workout and cool down and stretch after completing it.
