Today’s video is a full-body fat-burning workout that incorporates strength training is an excellent way to not only burn calories but also build lean muscle mass. By combining strength exercises and dumbbell training, you can create a workout routine that maximizes fat loss while improving overall strength and endurance. 💪
This series consists of five fast-paced cardio exercises. These fast movements will gradually increase the heart rate and prepare the body for more challenging routines. Then we’ll do a combination of weight-bearing exercises using multiple muscles and compound dumbbell exercises. Resistance training using both your own weight and dumbbells helps build muscle. This, in return, helps the body burn fat at a faster rate.
Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout. This means starting with lighter loads and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance.💪
