Strong Core And Defined Abdomen At Home (No Equip)

For today’s workout, we will try some effective exercises that you can do at home, without any equipment, to build a strong core and achieve those defined abdominal muscles you’ve always wanted. 💪

Lose fat from your abdomen and get a sexier and more toned core without the use of dumbbells or any equipment. These are all bodyweight exercises. We’ll start with HIIT for a pop of energy and warm-up. This will be followed by standing exercises that target multiple muscle groups. This works out other muscle parts, but you need to engage your core a lot to be stable in each movement, thus allowing you to burn more fat in your belly. Then we’re going to do a dynamic mat exercise that requires you to move from one plane to the other. And finally, we’ll do isolation workouts for the belly, this defines the core muscles more.
