We’ll start with intense exercises with short reps, so be prepared for some challenging squat and lunge variations. After that, we’ll move on to dynamic movements and weight-bearing exercises on the mat. We’ll finish off with an isolation workout for the arms, which will help you gain muscle tone and strength on both sides. We’ll do each exercise twice.💪Â
