Are you looking to lose belly fat and tone your legs? This 10-day intensive routine is designed to help you burn calories, build muscle, and get rid of those unwanted pounds. This routine combines weight-bearing exercises and compound leg exercises, which use multiple muscles at a time. This makes it a more efficient workout for those who are on the go. We will do each exercise in two sets. We will also stretch to increase your flexibility in addition to these activities.
