This quick dumbbell routine will help you build bigger shoulders and arms. These two muscle groups work together, so by training them together, you’ll get better results. This is a superset workout, which means that we’ll work for each muscle group alternatingly with minimal rest in between. This will help you keep your heart rate up and burn more calories.
Before you begin, warm up your arms and shoulders with some light cardio and dynamic stretching.. Please choose a weight that is suitable for your strength level. It is important to gradually increase the intensity and weight of your workouts over time. This means starting with lighter weights and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, and then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance.
