Want toned arms and a six-pack? This 15-minute workout is for you! It combines dumbbell and weight-bearing exercises to target your upper body and core. Sometimes, no matter how hard you lift, there’s still some fat that covers your ripped muscles. To achieve 6 packs and slim arms, you need more than just weight training. This workout combines weight training with weight-bearing exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle. We’ll do dynamic movements to help burn fat, and then resistance training with dumbbells to help build muscle. We’ll do each exercise in 3 sets.

Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout. This means starting with lighter loads and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance. 💪
