9-Minute Arms Workout With Dumbbells: Biceps + Shoulder + Chest

Looking for a quick and effective arms workout that you can do at home? This 9-minute workout is perfect for you! It targets all the major muscle groups in your arms, including your biceps, shoulders, and chest. You’ll only need a pair of dumbbells to do this workout. We’ll do this in two sets.
Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout. This means starting with lighter loads and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance.💪


To complete each set safely, engage your core throughout the movement. This will help to stabilize your spine and prevent injuries. As you add more weight, your knees will also be put under more stress. To protect your knees, slightly bend them as you finish each exercise. Remember, every small effort counts and consistency is key. You got this! 💪
