Today, I’ve got a super-quick 5-minute standing abs workout designed especially for people who are new to exercise.This standing abs routine can get anyone started in fitness. We’ll be doing a series of low to medium-impact exercises that help strengthen the abs and increase its fat-burning capacity. We’ll do several functional exercises that prepare the body for daily activities. This will help beginners move through their daily tasks easily and safely. We’ll do this in 2 sets.
