13 Minute Dumbbell ONLY Workout: Biceps – Brachialis – Deltoid

Significant upper body progress is within your reach through a dumbbell-exclusive regimen. What’s even better? You’ll just require a reliable pair of dumbbells to make it happen. You can bigger guns and develop your deltoids with an all-dumbbell routine. You can get serious upper body gains without the need to go to the gym, all you need is a set of dumbbells. Choose the weight that you feel comfortable to work with, but it should still have a form of resistance. It is also important to do this routine 3-4 times a week so you can get maximum results. Core stabilization is needed to perform each workout correctly, so you’re isolating the core and working it out at the same time. We’ll do this in 3 sets.
