Now, picture this: a lineup of upper-body workouts—arms, shoulders, biceps, and chest—each getting its moment to shine. We’re not just going through the motions; we’re aiming for impact! Three sets of these moves, with the reps cranking up each time. It’s like a gradual build-up, you know? We’re not just flexing muscles; we’re building mass and strength.

Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout.
