Having a well-defined chest is a great way to look your best and feel more confident. There are many different exercises you can do to build chest muscle, and I’ll be sharing five of them with you today. These exercises can be done with dumbbells or your own body weight, so you can get started right away. 💪
A combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises is a highly effective way to build mass in your pectoral muscles. This workout targets all three parts of the chest: the upper, middle, and lower. We will start with burpees, which are full-body exercise that works your chest, shoulders, triceps, and legs. Next, we will do a variety of push-ups, which are another great chest exercise. Finally, we will finish with Arnold presses, which are dumbbell exercise that targets the upper chest.
