If you’re looking to get six-pack abs and strength training this is the perfect workout for you. In this video, I’ll guide you through a comprehensive Abs training routine that will help you form six-pack abs and hit each area on your core and of course, help increase your overall fitness level.
This routine begins with serious Hiit movements. Once we get the heart rate up and rev up the fat loss, we’ll do a series of dynamic mat exercises. These are exercises that strongly focus on the core. Since this is a quick 14-minute daily abs workout I highly suggest that you do it daily to see results. Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout. This means starting with lighter loads and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance.
