In this video, I will show you the 5 best bodyweight resistance exercises. These exercises target all major muscle groups, so you can get a full-body workout in one session.

These are 5 of the best and classic weight-bearing exercises that can help you build lean mass, tone the body and lose fat at the same time. We’ll be doing variations of squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, and burpees. These also have a cardio component as you have to do repetitive movements, thereby helping you reach your max heart rate for a more efficient fat burn.

If you are new to bodyweight exercises, I recommend starting with a few sets of 10-12 repetitions of each exercise. As you get stronger, you can gradually increase the number of sets and repetitions.
