Let’s burn more calories and build muscles with this 2 in 1 exercise program. This routine consists of fast-paced cardio movements. The running and skipping routine helps elevate the heart rate so we burn most fat. The weight-bearing exercises challenge muscular endurance and strength to burn more calories and we also start to build muscles. Then the dumbbell routines for the upper body shape and sculpt the arm, back, chest, and triceps.

Get ready to sculpt those arms and shoulders with these top 3 exercises! Whether you prefer using just your body weight or want to add some extra resistance with dumbbells, these moves will help you build strength and definition.💪

These shoulder exercises can help build strength and stabilize the shoulder muscles. We’ll be using dumbbells and your own body weight for this series. You can also get defined capped shoulders using heavier weights. We’re going to do Drag Curls, pushups, and lateral raises.
