Learn the secrets to building chest and arm muscles with a combination of weights and calisthenics. In today’s video, we’ve got an excellent approach for you that combines the benefits of weights and calisthenics. Calisthenics are exercises that use your own body weight as resistance, like classic push-ups. On the other hand, weights offer a different way to build muscle, with various exercises such as Arnold presses, circle curls, and more. Our workout routine cleverly merges the advantages of both these methods, making it suitable whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned lifter looking for a fresh challenge.

For this session, I’m personally using a medium pair of dumbbells, but you should select a weight that suits your fitness level. Keep in mind that the key to success is starting with manageable loads and gradually increasing the intensity and weight as you become stronger and more enduring. 💪

Do you want to build a chiseled chest and strong upper body without going to the gym and just do it in the comfort of your home? Then you’re in luck! Here’s an awesome calisthenics chest workout for you.

These calisthenic chest exercises are a great way to train and improve the chest muscles holistically, and if you don’t want to use weights. The combination of pike pushups, triceps dips pushups and toe touches makes the triceps work harder and target the chest muscle at the same time. The key to doing this correctly is to focus on each repetition, making sure you’re doing every count in a full range of motion. It’s also best to slow down the tempo of each movement to increase the load of resistance to the chest, this can help maximize the benefits of this work.
