Ready to work on that strong chest? Well, you’re in for a treat today! If you want a bigger chest, these are the 5 exercises you can do at home. These 5 exercises shape up your pectoral muscles and help you gain mass in this area. This is a combination of calisthenics and simple dumbbell routines you can do at your house.
We’ll do push-up variations. A combination of wide and tight pushups can train your chest muscles, and strengthen, and shape them at the same time. These rhythmic exercises using your own body weight target these large muscle groups. And when combined with dumbbell routines, you can maximize muscle growth in your chest area. We’ll do this in sets of two.

I’m using one pair of medium dumbbells, but pick a weight that suits you best. Remember, as you work out, it’s essential to gradually ramp up the intensity and weight. Begin with lighter loads and exercises that match your fitness level, then slowly step up the challenge as you get stronger and build endurance. Having a well-defined chest is a great way to look your best and feel more confident. There are many different exercises you can do to build chest muscle, and I’ll be sharing five of them with you today. These exercises can be done with dumbbells or your own body weight, so you can get started right away. 💪

A combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises is a highly effective way to build mass in your pectoral muscles. This workout targets all three parts of the chest: the upper, middle, and lower. We will start with burpees, which are full-body exercise that works your chest, shoulders, triceps, and legs. Next, we will do a variety of push-ups, which are another great chest exercise. Finally, we will finish with Arnold presses, which are dumbbell exercise that targets the upper chest.

Today’s 15-minute workout is a challenging and rewarding routine that will help you build strength, improve muscle tone, and enhance overall fitness. This workout combines bodyweight exercises with dumbbell exercises to provide a well-rounded and effective training session.

The first routine consists of weight-bearing exercises on the mat. These target the back, chest, and triceps. Aside from muscle building, weight-bearing exercise also helps improve your balance and protects the joints connected to the muscles you’re working on. This will be followed by dumbbell exercises for the arms, chest, and back. We’ll do these in two sets. Weight training, in return, helps build lean mass and amps up the body’s ability to burn more fat.
