We’ll start with a brief cardio warm-up to get the blood flowing. Then, we’ll do a series of dynamic weight-bearing exercises that work all the muscles in your legs and glutes. These exercises will challenge your strength and endurance. Next, we’ll do some dynamic mat routines that will help you tone your muscles.

These routines also target the gluteus medius and adductors, which are often neglected in traditional workouts. By challenging these muscles, you’ll get a rounder, peachier butt. We’ll do two sets of each exercise. 💪
