Are you ready to get those legs and glutes in shape? This 21-day challenge is designed to help you build strength and definition in your lower body. We’ll start with a brief cardio warm-up to get the blood flowing. Then, we’ll do a series of dynamic weight-bearing exercises that work all the muscles in your legs and glutes. These exercises will challenge your strength and endurance. Next, we’ll do some dynamic mat routines that will help you tone your muscles.

These routines also target the gluteus medius and adductors, which are often neglected in traditional workouts. By challenging these muscles, you’ll get a rounder, peachier butt. We’ll do two sets of each exercise. 💪

To end this week, I’ll share with you a full-body strength training workout that you can do at home with minimal equipment. This workout is designed to target all of the major muscle groups in your body, including your arms, legs, chest, back, and core.

We’ll begin with a series of warm-up exercises, these will be a combination of medium to high-intensity cardio. Then we’ll do a series of compound exercises, there will be bilateral and unilateral routines. These weight-bearing standing exercises will challenge your muscles and abdominals to the max. We’ll finish off with a challenging core exercise on the mat. And these all can be done in less than 20 minutes.

Note that I am using 1 pair of dumbbells, a medium set, please choose a suitable weight for you. Just keep in mind that when exercising, it’s necessary to gradually increase the intensity and weights of your workout. This means starting with lighter loads and exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level, then gradually progressing as you build strength and endurance. 💪
