This exercise routine will help you get toned glutes, stronger legs, and flatter abs. This is composed of weight-bearing exercises such as a series of squats and lunge variations, and dynamic mat exercises. Squats and lunges are king when it comes to glute and leg activation. This helps you gain more lean mass and improve muscular strength. These are also weight-bearing exercises that help your body overcome resistance force, which aids in faster muscle gain. And since we are working on the largest muscle of the body, this works out your core a lot. You need to engage your core as you do each exercise to maintain stability.

Are you ready to get those legs and glutes in shape? This 21-day challenge is designed to help you build strength and definition in your lower body. We’ll start with a brief cardio warm-up to get the blood flowing. Then, we’ll do a series of dynamic weight-bearing exercises that work all the muscles in your legs and glutes. These exercises will challenge your strength and endurance. Next, we’ll do some dynamic mat routines that will help you tone your muscles.

These routines also target the gluteus medius and adductors, which are often neglected in traditional workouts. By challenging these muscles, you’ll get a rounder, peachier butt. We’ll do two sets of each exercise. 💪
