Learn these 6 incredible dumbbell exercises to gain muscle mass in the upper body. This is a short and very effective strength workout.

Here we recommend using light dumbbells according to your fitness level. To progress, we recommend that you use dumbbells of the same weight for at least two weeks, repeating the same exercises up to 3 times a week, as it is important to give your muscles a rest.


The objective of the training is to work on muscle activation in the arms, shoulders and upper back by using dumbbells. But remember to always keep your core engaged to provide stability, and your knees slightly bent. Pay attention to each movement, focusing on the muscles that are being worked.

This 2-in-1 cardio and strength routine is a great way to lose fat and build muscle in just 10 minutes. This workout is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn calories. It’s also a great way to build muscle and tone your body. The exercises include jumping jacks, squats, lunges, push-ups, toe touch, and more with some rest in between. The exercises will be challenging but doable, and you’ll be surprised at how much you can accomplish in a short amount of time. 💪

You can do this workout anywhere, and you don’t need any equipment. Just clear some space and get started. To get the most out of this workout, make sure to warm up before you start.
