Are you looking to lose belly fat and tone your legs? This 10-day intensive routine is designed to help you burn calories, build muscle, and get rid of those unwanted pounds. This routine combines weight-bearing exercises and compound leg exercises, which use multiple muscles at a time. This makes it a more efficient workout for those who are on the go. We will do each exercise in two sets. We will also stretch to increase your flexibility in addition to these activities.

This routine is designed to be challenging, but it is also safe and effective. If you are new to working out, you may want to start with a shorter workout and gradually increase the intensity as you get stronger. Good luck and let me know how it goes!💪
